 We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or echeck via Paypal Payment Processing. You should be automatically directed to paypal when placing an order. You can use your existing paypal acct. or you can pay with your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or echeck.  If you have not paid through paypal your order has been placed but no payment has been confirmed. Your order will be on hold until paypal payment has been received. We do not have access to your paypal acct. nor can we charge your paypal acct.

If you would like to pay by mail via check or money order you will need to place an order via email you can send your order inquiry to contact@ivorylily.com  we will respond with your order total and mailing information, your order will not ship until payment has cleared our account.

Returns: You may return an unused, unopened if sealed, item for refund or replacement
( replacement - if still in stock and ordered from any Category other than Fresh Flower Market ) within 15 days of the original shipment date ( except non-returnable intimate apparel ). Shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip or order #. When you return an item, please indicate reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid through Paypal, a credit will be issued and will appear in your Paypal account upon return of item. You will receive email notification of the refund.

Returns Summary: Any product that is still in brand new condition with the original packaging and any manuals may be returned to us ( except non-returnable intimate apparel ).  Once we receive the item and see that it is in new condition, we will refund you your original purchase price. Buyer returns the item at his or her own cost.
